    Find das richtig toll, dass du das ohne Reden zeigst. Ich kann mich dadurch immer zu 100 Prozent auf die Übungen einlassen und auch dem Effekt richtig nachspüren. Ich mach dabei auch meist die Augen zu und grad morgens nach dem Aufstehen ist das echt eine richtig schön entspannter Start in den Tag. Danke!

    This practice is physical and mental therapy. I have come back to it three times. I am under a lot of stress and in pain but this practice helps me to reset. I am grateful for it 🙏

    As somenone that's had to restructure their entire fitness plan (thanks arthritis), this was perfect! I was in so much pain this morning, but this loosen up my joints and feel a lot better

    after heavy strength training this was a wonderful morning flow ,being on ones knees whilst twisting one spines really gets in everywhere thanks again

    LOVED THIS!!! This hit all the right spots and I really loved all the spine movements in the beginning half. This is going to be another go to for me. So many great moves. ❤❤ 👏 amazing as always. Today was a rest day and this was absolutely perfect.

    The half lunge rocks are crazy! They felt so good but my inner thighs cramped up so bad after! Definitely feels like something I needed, I don't know that I've ever used those muscles like that before 😂

    I completed this as my active rest along with a a 20 minute pilates fusion and a 20 minute walk.This is my new favorite mobility routine minus the music It is not relaxing.
